- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting modules such as Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules, etc.
- Hands-on experience with scripting languages like AngularJS and JavaScript, along with proficiency in web services (REST, SOAP), XML, and JSON.
- Experience in integrating third-party systems (e.g., Active Directory, Google Workspace, Slack, SharePoint).
- Skilled in creating reports and dashboards on the ServiceNow platform.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices (Change, Incident, Problem Management), hardware and software asset management, and ticketing systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 6-10 years of overall experience in the field.
